The computer looka good. With a case,disk drive and cables this looks like a good purchaae. The battery holder on this model slides into a pocket on the side. I had three of them until recently and enjoyed them a lot. All of my toys are now in the hands of my son in law and grandson. Fred Whitaker

I'd get the seller to send a photo of the battery compartment, as well as inside the other underside (modem) compartment. It also looks like the polarizing filter is starting to lift from the LCD -- I'm fixing mine this winter with that same issue. No power supply for the drive? But it does have the cardboard transport insert :) I wonder if the belt has gone gummy... Still, if I were in the market for a possible project unit, I'd consider it.
