Available m2e versions and their corresponding p2 repositories are listed on [1] wiki page. m2e is also part of Eclipse 3.7 "Indigo" simultaneous release, included in Eclipse 3.7 "IDE for Java Developers" distribution and can be installed from Eclipse Marketplace.
