Ron,

I have them all building now, and I've started deploying them to p2 sites[1]. I
still want to go through them all and make them consistent and automate
creating a catalog that people can try. I'm thinking of setting up a way that
users can test the extras and if 20+ users try it and it works for them then I
will put said extra in the production catalog. I'll be another couple days but
Andrew and Alex have already been helping me get them all working. Soon we'll
be in a healthier state and I will be able to provide an infrastructure for
anyone who wants to build their extra in a consistent way and be part of the
automated process of staging and testing by users.
