m2e 1.1 is expected to work with Indigo SR1. Can be installed from eclipse marketplace or from repositories documented on m2e download page [1].
Also, I'm stuck behind a corporate proxy/firewall that prevents non-browser software (i.e. Eclipse) from downloading updates. Is there a way to download m2e via a browser and install manually?
We do not provide m2e distribution zip file but you can use p2 mirror application to mirror m2e release repository locally.
