fakerepo is a hack in mavenarchiver (an m2e-wtp dependency), to workaround
the fact workspace projects are not resolved to generate class path entries
in MANIFEST.MF. See
https://github.com/tesla/m2eclipse-mavenarchiver/blob/master/org.sonatype.m2e.mavenarchiver/src/org/sonatype/m2e/mavenarchiver/internal/AbstractMavenArchiverConfigurator.java#L566

Feel free to submit a Pull Request with a better implementation :-)
