Igor,

It's registered in my settings.xml as a legacy layout:

        <pluginRepository>
          <id>m1-plugin-repos</id>
          <url>http://m1-repos</url>
          <layout>legacy</layout>
        </pluginRepository>

This means an m1 layout I believe... I guess that would be the problem?
