Hi,
After start m2e core for debug, actually, it is a real corner case.
This problem appears because my Maven configuration is not in
"${user.home}/.m2/".
Near the settings.xml file, I have my *c:/foo/bar/.m2/settings-security.xml*
.
In this case,
*org.sonatype.plexus.components.sec.dispatcher.DefaultSecDispatcher*
doesn't found it.
(But I have an explicit exception about no file found, so I hope to be in
as the real condition in this second debug Eclipse).
When I copy file in *C:/Users/myUser/settings-security.xml* location, it
works (I need to verify if I can use *settings.security* property to define
it) => It seems to be the root cause (in my usage case ... no problem when
default Maven configuration location used).
Before opening a bug (and patch), I need to investigate when/how Maven
binary put the *settings-security.xml* file.
Logically with *DefaultSecDispatcher.setConfigurationFile()*, but with
adapters/facades, I have some difficulty to found how m2e could fill it
during user *settings.xml* loading process.
After reading 431072 [1], it could be similar to this.

Best regards.
