On the same topic, I gave STS 3.7.0 ( Mars base) a try, and got this error

[INFO] --- exec-maven-plugin:1.4.0:exec (install-m2extra-takari-team) @
eclipse-sts ---
Installing io.takari.m2e.team.feature.feature.group 0.1.0.201508240400.
Installation failed.
Cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency.
Software being installed: Takari TEAM for Eclipse 0.1.0.201508240400
(io.takari.m2e.team.feature.feature.group 0.1.0.201508240400)
Software currently installed: m2e connector for mavenarchiver pom
properties 0.17.0.201502101659-signed-20150525172209
(org.sonatype.m2e.mavenarchiver.feature.feature.group
0.17.0.201502101659-signed-20150525172209)
Only one of the following can be installed at once:
m2e connector for the mavenarchiver and pom properties
0.17.0.201502101659-signed-20150525172209 (org.sonatype.m2e.mavenarchiver
0.17.0.201502101659-signed-20150525172209)
m2e connector for the mavenarchiver and pom properties
0.17.0.201502101659 (org.sonatype.m2e.mavenarchiver 0.17.0.201502101659)

Do you have an explanation for this?, perhaps I can get STS to fix this if
I know root cause

Thanks
