Anthony,
Don't know what type of phone you have, but on my Sidekick G4, I press
the menu key, on the phone itself, and this brings me to a screen where
I can press in the numbers with the phone's qwerty keyboard.
For my own purposes, I also have the phone set to audibly let me hear
those touch tones.
