Yes, the mini pro does have arrow keys and a slide out qwerty keyboard.

I've actually heard the mini pro does not have arrow keys or was this a
different sony phone? By the way, motorola has just released a phone
called the pro plus, it's got a keyboard but does not have arrow keys. I
purchased one and had to return it because of this. Try as I might, I do
not understand the logic of having a hardware keyboard with no arrow keys,
that makes no sense whatsoever.
