I am not sure how your phone is setup, so I will tell you three ways how you
can shut off your phone.
1. If your phone has a power button, hold down the power button until
m.a. starts reading a menu. It should say: phone options,
these should be the options you hear:
1. silent mode, and it should let you know if the sound is on or off.
2. Airplane mode, that would give you the option to have the phone on while
in the air, but it’s always best to shut off the phone.
3. Power off and that’s the option to shut off your phone.
2. If your phone has a physical send or end button at the bottom of the
screen then hold down the end button until you get the phone option menu,
then follow the steps previously maentioned.
3. The easiest way of shutting off your phone. Just remove the battery
from the back of the phone.
