go into the where am I, app, and then hit your menu key, and go into system
location settings, and place a check on the first and second options.

Subject: [MA] A problem with HTC Cha-Cha
Hello everyone
I have a problem with the HTC Cha-Cha. I am not getting any data services
although I think all the right boxes are checked. It works fine on wireless
but when I am out and about I get nothing.
Before I contact my service provider does anyone know where I can look to
see if I can solve this problem.
Thank you
Debbie
