To get m.a. to read out the caller’s ID. You just have to go to m.a. settings, and click on screen reader, then place a check on speak system notification. That should work. Good luck. You would just have to place a check on a setting with in the m.a. app. There are a few good talking GPS that works well on the android. Look-around, blind locater, are just a couple of good ones, I am sure other people will recommend a few more. when checking out some android phones, try to stay away from the HTC phones. They can be good phones, but too many people have far too many complaints about them, regarding accessibility. Good luck.
