sorry, about that, you’re right, allot of htc users have posted this same
complaint a little while back.
though, i didn’t know if htc has fixed this problem, or not.

Hello Pedro.
Unfortunately, HTC sense doesn't allow the volume keys to answer or end calls.
I was able to do that until I got Gingerbread on my shift, then I had to use
system call screens to answer and end calls.
