I have noticed this to with my touch 4G, when in the google play
store, I can brows apps, ddownload them, and but if I go to my apps
all I see is "apps are currently updated or a number "meaning number
of apps ready for updating" is ready to be downloaded.  If you try to
brows your apps that are on your device for get it.
