try removing the battery, for about 3minutes, and then after the battery is back in place, restart your phone, and see if that would reset your phone, where you wouldn't get that message anymore.

Nick-  Within the last day, I'm getting the same message.  First time, never
before- although my phone use (including data connection) has not at all
changed.  Its weird.  When I press the OK button at the bottom of the
message box it does nothing.  MA just keeps on repeating "Please register
Mobile Accessibility."  Oh, and Sprint is my wireless carrier.  I put in a
Code Factory support ticket this afternoon at 3:45 PM.  When I get a
response I'll let you know.
