hello, Claudia:

i would suggest for you to go to a t-mobile store, and have them reset your phone. or have someone sighted do it with you, while you're on the phone with t-mobile tech support... atempting to do this yourself, can cause some serious damage to your phone.
just a word to the wise.

Subject: [MA] Factory Default?

tmHi,

Does anyone know how to take my Samsung Sidekick, back to factory default?
The system keeps crashing.
But before I do this, I also need to know how to back up my saved
contacts, onto the sim card?
Thanks.

Claudia
