Have you made sure that the ma keyboard is set to the ma keyboard? Ma doesn't seem to necessarily work well with other virtual keyboards. First go to apps, settings, language and keyboard and make sure the only virtual keyboard that is checked is the ma keyboard. 2. scroll to the top of the list and if input method is displayed, select this, a list of keyboards should appear. Select the ma keyboard here. after doing this input method should be set to the ma keyboard. If there isn't anything that says input method, or just to make sure, tap back until you are back to the ma home screen. There choose settings, text input, virtual keyboard, advanced, set system input and mobile accessibility and you should be good. just to make sure, you could also place a check mark on the display keyboard on screen in the virtual keyboard menu as well but it shouldn't be necessary. also under text input, make sure that keyboard echo is set to characters or characters and words. if not, choose one of these options, scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose okay. After doing these things, you should have use of the ma virtual keyboard again. Good luck with that.

Hi,

Sometimes when in Mobile Accessibility after long pressing the volume
up key MA says "keyboard open" but the keyboard doesn't actually seem
to be open. I put my finger all over the screen and can't find any
keyboard. Does anyone else find this? Is there anything I can do
about it?

Thanks,
Catherine
