you should just have to tap the menu key and then you should be able to hear the choices as you explore. Since any voice will come through the phone earpiece and not the external speaker, you will either need to turn speaker phone on, or hold it close enough to hear. You do have a sort of problem as HTC Sense might hurt you with accessibility. HTC is supposed to be getting Jelly Bean so maybe that will fix it as well. If you can however, the galaxy nexus 4g is a better phone for accessibility as it doesn't have htc sense on it. It also has Jelly bean. Yes, Jelly bean is more accessible than ICS, which is pretty accessible as well. I hope this helped.

As you May or may not know, the HTC one X does not have any sort of arrow
keys. It is solely a touchscreen device. That being said, how was the world, if
it is even possible, do you make phone calls accessibly on it?
I've tried every combination of screenreader and even a Bluetooth keyboard. And
still, cannot access any of the in call options. No voice. Any ideas? Should I
get a new phone? The caveat being, I wanted to be able to run ice cream
Sandwich, and hopefully, be able to be upgraded to jellybean. Is jellybean
better in using the touchscreen during a phone call?
Thanks for any help anyone can provide in this matter.
