I agree. MA has continued to show less and less concern for the paying customers calls for bug fixes in a timely manner. Having to wait over a year to have things like case-insensitive contact sorting, calendars that actually work, the ability to download anything in the web app, is just beyond me. And, that's assuming that they even bother to fix those things in the release that is allegedly being tested.
While I'm all for waiting for new features, it would not have killed them to address a few of our simpler bug requests months ago.
