o.k. you need to enter your user name and password in to the email
app of MA before it will download your email. once you are in the
email app, you need to go in to settings and enter your email address
and password. once that's done, your email should come on down.

I took my phone to the Verizon Store and got two people that didn't
know how to help me. What it is is that when I go into email from
the MA screen, I cannot get my email to download there. I get "Data
Not Available, check your Email settings and Internet
connection". I can get into the Internet just fine. The people at
the store did did try removing my information and putting back
in. They couldn't help me. One lady admitted she wasn't real
technical. What can I do when MA messes up with my email? Please
send me some steps. Help ASAP. Thank you.
