What causes MA to freeze and say via visual assistance that MA cannot respond and click okay? When this happens to me, I don't know what to do as a totally blind person. I always have to get assistance to get MA working again. Yes,I do try tapping the touch pad, but to no avail; then, I have to get visual assistance.
