ICS your stock browser is fine as long as they do not interfear with the web scripts. MA's browser, firefox beta found in the google play store and Chrom will do as accessible browsers. Remember ICS and up all stock apps should be accessible including the browser. On samsung ICS phones they are quite accessible, hope this helps.
