I am also having the same issue, I had to do an insurance clame, and
got the very same phone, "samsung transfix" and the app was no longer
available to me eather, yet a friend just got a new phone a month ago,
and i told her about the app, and told her it wasn't availible anymore
but she was able to go on to the google play store and get it right
away. I don't know what's going on but i'm angry as I could have put
that money twoards a more reliable app
