okay that worked.  So I will answer to points here.

I agree that Mobile accessibility needs to upgrade MA, especially if they want people to keep using it as we shift to the more accessible ICS and Jelly Bean.

To answer another question, While Froyo and gingerbread phones, Android 2.2 and 2.3 respectively are quite accessible if you have directional controls and a qwerty keyboard, the qwerty isn't necessary essential but the physical directional controls certainly are.

Having said that, the accessibility on ICS or Jelly bean phones, ANdroid 4.0/4.1/4.2 is just so much better with touch to explore I wouldn't recommend less. With the Nexus 4 for $299 and $349 respectively for the 8GB and 16GB models through Google play, AT&T and T-mobile users, or all gsm carriers, can enjoy the latest in accessibility for a very affordable price.
