accessibility preferences is an app that is primarily used for talkback
kickback and soundback. You don't really need it with MA but if you
want it, just go back to the play store, and either search on
accessibility preferences from the eyes free project, or go to my apps
there, arrow right and down until you find it under all it keeps a list
of all apps installed or not that you have tried.
