Though the stratosphere was supposed to get a variant of ICS, unless the
accessibility features are included I would go with the more accessible
iPhone. The iPhone is still more accessible until Jelly Bean. Ask
about the razor q though.
Also ask to see if the stratosphere has explore by touch. If so, you
would be okay.
