The droid 4 only runs Android 4.1.2 unfortunately but if you are good
and have sighted assistance you can install a custom ROM on it. A blind
person can root and install bootstrap, the app needed to install the
custom ROM. CyanogenMod rom for the 4.2.2 if you want that. Then you
cwould need sighted assistance to create an active partition on
bootstrapand to install the rom.
