Depending on which Android version your phone runs, to turn on
accessibility, you may have to swipe in a rectangle over the screen. Start
on the upper
left part, swipe to the right, then down, then to the left, and up to your
starting point again. If your phone runs ICS, this should turn Talkback on.

Hi. I bought a new Samsung Galaxy Mini S3 phone and can't seem to turn
Talkback on. Holding down with 2 fingers won't work for me. Someone
suggested holding down with 3 fingers and that doesn't work either. People
keep telling me to try Android again and these are the things that let me
