Hello Arnthor, When you first purchase an ap, a message appears after you have clicked the 'install' or 'buy' button asking whether you want to allow automatic updates. I usually check this check box and then it just happens automatically. If you want control over whether the aps are updated or not, I don't know how you would do this, though I'm sure that someone else on the list will know the answer.
