ok this is what I want to do. when a headset is plugged in ring tone volume is at one level and same for notification volume they get quieter I don't want my poor ear blasted out smile. When the headset is removed it gets louder. Now for the problem/error problem I'm not sure how to customize it. error if ring tone is say 50 percent notifications is 30 percent it says that's an error in ICS and above you cant do that yet others have said it still works so don't understand the error.
