Ringo Pro will let you set custom ringtones, text messages tones, and
even vibration patterns for your individual contacts. It also has
built-in caller ID which you can choose to enable or disable, and the
ability to announce the sender of a text message. You can also have it
read the message to you as it comes in if you want.
It does cost $5, but for me it was $5 well spent for all those
features. And it's accessible, which is a major plus.
