The procedure is like this:
1. Go to Accessibility.
2. Find Talkback and activate it.
3. Now go to Mobile Accessibility (beneeth Talkback) and deactivate it.
4. Press the back button until you are on the home screen.
5. Locate MA and run it. sometimes you have to go to the Programs menu
and activate it from there.
