Hi,
So far, HighQ mp3 recorder is the best I've found, and I've tried at
least a hundred. And yes, the phone's speech will be picked up in the
recording, no matter which recorder you use, unless you have a headset
plugged in, or if you manage to tap the proximity sensor when you
start the recording. There is a free and a pro version of this app,
and they are both completely accessible, and have flexible recording
