most people may not require a good cam, or know how important a good cam is needed on a smart phone for people with an visual impairment. but keep in mind that, the better the cam the better the Google-goggles, money, and color ID's, programs work. I am all for phone with QWERTY keyboards, companies just need to put the latest android O.S. on them.
sadly, but the phone with a physical qwerty keyboard are fading away.

some people don't require a good camera. it's about what makes the user
comfortable. if they want a keyboard phone then go with that.

LG Optimus f3Q I looked its specs up and if it were me I suggest for
going this phone. It will never get 4.3 or kitcat 4.4.2 and its
camras are subpar compared to the current phones on the market like
the galaxy S5, nexus5 and LG G2 soon G2. To toss in to the pile HTC1
M8. you could get a BT many Keyboard to use with MA if you wanted
any of the phones I listed. I am sorry but slider phones are slowly
but surely die off soon.

if you want to hear the tones then your phone's notification tray will
do just that!. However, you could get chomp sms and set a specific
text tone so you know what is a email and what is a text.

Hi,

Has anyone bought the LG Optimus f3Q for use with Tmobile, and if so, how
are you liking it?

This is a phone with qwerty keyboard that I am seriously considering.

It came out in Feb of this year.

your phone's notification's feature, would be the one to do just that.
M.A. is only a screen reading program.

yes, turn on under MA settings speak system notifications while screen
is locked. That should do the trick but do keep in mind it will read
all notifications that come in while on a call or if the phone is
locked.
