I tried your suggestion. It worked to a point. After a few minutes it
started acting up again. Can you suggest any thing else short of throwing

I just got a Samsung Galaxy 3 mini and have ma version 2.0.9 and jelly
bean.
I am having the following problem: I can’t open any of the icons such as
phone sms and the like. When I tap on any of thee it opens the list of
time
and date and the like. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this phone
