Then go to your new phone, and download all your contacts again, and see if that helps. It seems like all your contact weren’t backed up to your account from your old phone, before retrieving them on your new phone. If that doesn’t work then I can walk you through the steps of backing the contact from your old phone, on your sd-card, and then retrieving them on your new phone by placing the sd-card on your new phone. good luck. What I am trying to do is update my contact list. When I got my new phone all my old contacts weren’t ported over to my contact list. I am missing about 20 contacts. I hope I explained this right. Go to your contact on M.A. hit your menu button, and then click on make new contact. Then when you type out the person’s first and last names, click on the button that says: add phone number. There it would give you the edit box to type in the person’s number, once that’s done, you can move up and get the button to change the type of number it is, because the default setting is set to home. Once you hit the button that says: home number, you would get a pull down menu that would give you other choices.
