Normally, when you remove or turn off m.a. the phone screen would go plank
because the settings from your home screen are off. And when you turn back on
m.a. you would have to make m.a. your home screen again.

The person that was helping you out with your phone should of known that when
you turn off someone

S personal settings the screen does go plank for a minute before the phone’s
original settings resets itself.
