Right now there isn't one. Getting it all one 2 nodes is possible, but for now it's still a bit magic. It's mentioned on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ServerTeam/OpenStackHA - search for "Virtual-MAAS" - but it's alpha-level stuff right now.
