I have a maas version 1.9.4 on trusty booting images to xenial.
Discovery pxe boots fine.
Commission pxe boots fine and reports back.
juju -v --debug bootstrap -e maas
turns a machine on, gets the dhcp parameters correctly for the
right network but fails with "no bootp server". What would cause this
type of failure? It just pxe booted from this server with the
commissioning.
