2. Manage General & factory affairs in Indonesia Plant
3. Handle public relation, especially on local government
4. Build regulations & policies in Plant
5. Assist the process of building new plant
Qualification: 1. Business Administration /Labor/ psychology and etc related
bachelor degree above
2. Above 7 years HR and general & factory affairs
experience, above 3-4 years managing experience
3. Fluent in Indonesian or English / Mandarin (reading /
writing / speaking / listening)

Function: MFG
Position: Manufacturing Manager
Location: Indonesia
Job: 1. Restart new MFG organization.
2. Involve new Factory trial run & Mini Run
3. Exercise mega CFL manufacturing to meet KPI –quantity,
4. Quantity, efficiency & productivity
Qualification: 1. Industrial Engineering related bachelor degree above
2. Above 7 years lighting manufacturing experience
3. Fluent in Indonesian or English / Mandarin (reading /
writing / speaking / listening)
