No, at present Cocktail is more of a maintenance utility and actually in my view its not as easy to get around.
Whether CCleaner for Mac will get to the point of Cocktail in terms of functionality? Well who knows. Yep, there is a version of CCleaner which can be purchased but you can also take the option of making a donation towards the software though at the price you quoted?
