If you're using an iOS app like Podcaster, you can go to the "Directory" button (4th of 5) on the bottom of the main screen, double tap, then on the "Podcast Directory" screen navigate to "Import" and double tap. In the text field type or paste in the above RSS feed address (remembering to delete the initial "http://";).
