Hi! Someone posted to the list a couple of days ago describing the problems they were having with the 1 Password application for the Mac, to summarise the user was having problems logging into a web site automatically by selecting the site in 1 Password and then using command-option-return to have 1 Password execute the login.
The 1 Password application and subsequent Safari extension for 1 Password have both been extensively updated in recent times so I would suggest to the person concerned that he make sure both Safari extension and 1 Password application are up to date before proceeding any further.
