I just had to tell you all about a great experience that I had with Lynne and Gordon. I've purchased several of the Take Control books and I wanted to download a few of them on Friday night. All was going well until I discovered I couldn't login to my bookshelf. I tried everything I could think of including having my username and password resent to me. I was fairly sure that wasn't the problem but I wanted to explore all possibilities before contacting them. So I sent off an email and heard back from them fairly promptly. They gave me a couple of things to try and unfortunately they didn't work either. I wrote back again and was told that everything seemed fine on their end and they weren't sure what was going on. I was assured that Gordon would look into it and they would get back as soon as they could. This was late Friday night my time so I thought I wouldn't hear anything until Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email Saturday morning telling me to try again bec ause they thought the problem was fixed. Sure enough it was. I was able to login and have complete access to my bookshelf once again. I encourage anyone who has been thinking about purchasing any of the Take Control books to do so. They are an excellent resource and one that I personally wouldn't want to do without. Lynne and Gordon really know how to do things right. You will receive nothing but professional customer service from the beginning of the ordering process and even if something goes wrong down the road you will be given the best service possible. This experience has really restored my confidence that we can still get good customer service from companies. I'll be recommending Lynne and Gordon to everyone I know.
