Hello everybody

We have just modified the footer text for messages to this group to include
links to an alternative mail archive for the list, and also its associated RSS
feed to which you may prefer to subscribe. We want to give our members the
option: so if you want to subscribe by RSS but still remain a member, simply
turn off the mail delivery in your options page for the list, then use the RSS
feed and your mail client to reply to messages.

of course, it won't be quite the same; you will have to manually address your
messages and maintain subject lines. But it can be done with a little work.

You can find the RSS feed here:
<http://www.mail-archive.com/mac-access@mac-access.net/maillist.xml>, viewable
in either your email client or your browser.

For the record, the public archive of this list is at
<http://www.mail-archive.com/mac-access@mac-access.net>.

Note: The difference between the list official archive and the public archive
is that we maintain the official archive ourselves whilst the public archive is
external. It's also experimental and we may opt to discontinue it at any time
if we feel there is reason to do so. Again, details of all of this may now be
found at the foot of each message.
