Yep, just for Woolworths as far as I know.

Regarding the delivery of groceries which the online Woolworths store at 
<http://www.homeshop.com.au> handles, I rang their customer support today and 
yep, they're working on integrating  the online store with the app but there's 
one big problem Woolworths has to address, the app deals with the local store 
in your area - as determined by your GPS location - and the online business is 
a totally separate game so I guess we can only wait to see what happens.
