You're talking about the YoruFukurou Twitter client right? Yep, that would have to be about the best and most accessible Twitter client for the Mac now as far as I know though its one which requires the user learn how it works as he/she uses it.
Another good Twitter client for the Mac is Syrinx and there's another which is "Shareware" called Twiterific.
