Has anyone had problems downloading foreign language voices in Lion?

Whenever I go into the Voice Over Utility with VO F8 and go to the customize
portion of the dialogue in the Speech/Voices portion, there is a place where
you can click on "Customize" and receive a list of foreign language voices.
While I can listen to the voices, I can never click on the Download option,
because it is dimmed. While I was using Snow Leopard, I purchased the very
voice in the list that I wanted to download for use in Lion, but I was not
permitted to download it because of the aforementioned dimmed button.

Any ideas, please?

Thanks in advance,

Mike
