Hi Esther

yes, I think I'm going to have to get Lynne to give me a hand here. And yes, I
appreciate that the busy problems are related to Safari 5.1.x rather than the
OS. But the reason I am toying with the idea of a downgrade are that Safari
5.1 is native to Lion, and you can't downgrade Safari., whereas with SL you
can, of course, opt not to upgrade to Safari 5.1

Hi Gordon,

I find the Mytalk Jawbone site always presents problems for screen readers.
I'm not getting the constant Safari busy messages, since I haven't upgraded to
Safari 5.1, but this is just not a good site to try to navigate. Incidentally,
I think that the issue with your browsing experience is also largely Safari 5.1
rather than Lion vs. Snow Leopard. Can I suggest that you wimp out and get
sighted help for the Mytalk site? I really like the Live Audio update for
Jambox, but the Mytalk web site is pretty bad to navigate.

Maybe Geoff Waaler, or someone who managed to navigate Mytalk for the original
Jambox software installation, can comment. (I'd like to hear if someone
managed to do this successfully on a Mac; as far as I know, Geoff did manage it
under Windows, but with difficulty.)

Cheers,

Esther
